BKWD Distributed Cable&Harness Testing System
For large equipment, like aircraft and high-speed train, the cables are distributed in different parts of the body, so that the test points are huge and spread in the whole body. In view of this specific characteristic, we use the distribted test solution: the system is composed of a host, distributed terminals and portable mobile terminals. The host and the distributed terminals are connected by a dedicated bus.
1.Distributed structure, to arrange according to test points freely.
2.All quipped with basic test units, for networking or standalone.
3.Self-checking independently,less than 5 mins for the whole system.
4.Test shorts, opens, mis-wires and loose connections etc.
5.Four Wire Kelvin test capable, with accuracy up to 1 mΩ.
6.IR test: single or multi-points IR, and the IR between the wires.
7.DW test: single or multi-points DW, and the leakage current between the wires.
8.Probe port, to check the wire number or test the stray strands.
9.Components test: resistor, capacitor, diode，relay etc.
10.Test report recorded automatically for tracking and tracing.
